A delightful fern with small intricately divided 4-pinnate fronds and mounding (not creeping) hares-feet, 25cm. Seems hardy. Mountainous N.Borneo (Sabah), Phillipines. . Bob's score = 8.5 RHS Hardiness Rating: H5 .

Rhizomes just subterranean, broad flat deltoid 5-pinnate semi-evergreen fronds, 50cm. Spores coll. wild place Lake Nahuel Huapi, 764m altitude, Patagonia, although supposedly native to SE Asia. Seems very close to or mixed up with A.hymenophylloides. . Bob's score = 7 RHS Hardiness Rating: H6 .
