Maybe the most ornamental grass flowers I know. Delicate whorls of flowers like a Restio or delicate horsetail, amazingly long-flowered Jun-Feb, 1m. Self-seeder. Good for flower arranging. I've seen it wild in Lebanon. . Bob's score = 9 RHS Hardiness Rating: H5 .
